Mix shortening, sugar and egg thoroughly. Stir in 1/2 c. orange juice and rind. Mix flour, b. powder, soda and salt. Blend into sugar mixture.
Drop small, rounded teaspoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until browned on edges. Frost-
Blend last four ingredients together until smooth. Frost each cookie.
