Ingredients
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 1/4 c. plain flour
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. FINELY chopped pecans
 

Instructions
Mix margarine, sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Stir flour and salt together; blend in mixture. Stir in nuts. CHILL DOUGH AT LEAST ONE HOUR.
Roll dough into 3/4 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet (cookies do not spread).
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until set - but not brown. While still warm, roll in confectioner's sugar. Cool and roll in sugar again.
