     Layered Mexican Salad

Ingredients
Dressing-
1/4 C. mayo
1/4 C. sour cream
1/4 C. jarred salsa
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
2 t. lime juice
Whisk all together in a bowl.
Salad-
1 romaine heart, torn into bite-sized pieces
 
1/2 small red onion, sliced thin
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. fresh or frozen corn kernels (thawed)
16 oz. can of black beans, drained and rinsed
2 ripe avocados, pitted and chopped
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed tortilla chips (set aside till ready to serve)

Instructions
Place lettuce in a large serving bowl. Spread half of the dressing over lettuce. Then layer with everything else (except chips). Spread remaining dressing over lettuce. Top with chips and serve!
