Saute onion and celery in oleo. Brown hamburger meat and add seasonings in skillet. In a 9 by 12 inch casserole dish, layer cooked noodles, sliced tamales, hamburger meat, onion, celery, green pepper, mushrooms and sliced carrots. Top with grated cheese. Cover with foil Heat in 400 degrees oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for 15 more minutes.
