     Manicotti or Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
2 lbs Ricotta Cheese
1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
3 oz grated romano cheese (or parmesean)
1 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
2 eggs
salt/pepper
1 tbs chopped/minced garlic
1 lb manicotti or shells
1 jar marinara sause
 

Instructions
In a large bowl mix first 7 ingredients. Cook pasta in 5 qts salted water for 5-6 min (slightly hard). Drain and rinse with cold water. Fill pasta with cheese mix. Pouse sause in baking pans. Arrange pasta on top. Pour remaining sauce on top. Cover and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
(This can be made and frozen ahead of time as well!)
