Sift flour; measure; add salt and sift again. Combine shortening and boiling water in saucepan, keep over low heat until melted. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat. Add unbeaten eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each; continue beting until a thick dough is formed. Wrap by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in 425 degree oven about 30 minutes. Makes 1 dozen. Cool. Cut tops off and scoop out. Fill with pudding.
