In a large saucepan heat the olive oil, when hot, add garlic & cook about 1 minute. Add tomatoes, clam juice, oregano, thyme, crushed red pepper, capers, cook til the sauce thickens & reduce by half 20-25 min. Salt-pepp to taste. Set aside.
Heat butter in skillet til begins to foam. Add shrimp, cook stirring occasionally, until they just begin to turn pink. Remove pan from heat and add ouzo. Return pan to heat and shake carefully to ignite alcohol. Salt lightly. Remove from heat.
Add the sauce to a large casserole dish. Nestle shrimp down in the sauce and crumble the feta evenly over top. Bake @ 350 for 12-15 min or until shrimp are cooked and the sauce is hot. Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
