Mayonnaise is what? An emulsion of oil and eggs.
Why cut in butter with knives (since I don't have a pastry cutter, apparently) when I can just use a little mayo? Hmmm????
NOW can I proceed?

Whisk together the dry ingredients.
Mix in the mayo.
Splash in water/milk as needed to get the right consistency.

Drop biscuits onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 8-12 minutes.
That's it. Honest.

I personally like the new mayo with olive oil. It makes me feel healthier, somehow. Must be the heart-healthy Omega-3 Fatty Acids. See? I'm doing you a favour....
