     Chicken Antipasto Salad

Ingredients
8 boneless chicken breasts, boiled, shredded
1 zucchini sliced
1 can black pitted olives,
1 pkg fresh sliced mushrooms
2 containers of mini mozzerella balls
1 jar sun dried tomatoes, drainned
3 jars marinated artichoke hearts with juice
1 C olive oil
3/4 C balsamic vinegar
 
1 tsp salt
pepper
parsley
1 tsp sugar
2 pkg cheese tortellini, cooked,drained and cooled

Instructions
Mix first 7 ingredients. Mix oil,vinegar and spices together. toss with chicken mixture. add salt and pepper to taste and more oil if necessary.
Cheese tortellini are an option..delicious but can be served without them I add the tortellinis last and toss again.
