1/2 cup sour milk (use 1 tbsp white vinegar to make 1/2 cup sour milk)
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cups finely diced or shredded zucchini
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup nuts chopped
2 1/2 cups flour
Cream oil and sugar, add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat with mixer.
Mix together all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat well. stir in zucchini.
Spoon batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan (or 2 bread pans). Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degreees for 50 minutes. (1 hour for bread pans) or until a toothpick comes out clean. Needs no icing.
