     Spinach Balls

Ingredients
2 pkg frozen spinach cooked and drained
onion powder
2 cups pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix
4 eggs
3/4 cups melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash
1/2 cup Parmesan
 
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Form balls. Bake on cookie sheet 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
