     Spinach Balls

Ingredients
2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen chopped spinach
3 c herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crumbs, not cubed
1 large onion
6 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c melted butter
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp thyme
 

Instructions
Thaw and drain spinach, squeezing to remove excess liquid. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Bake at 325 on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes.
Note- Can be frozen before baking. Place on cookie sheet and freeze until firm. When frozen, remove from cookie sheet and store in plastic bags. Thaw slightly and then bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
