     Honey Granola Crunch

Ingredients
1/2 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
4 cups quick oats
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1 cup dried fruits (cranberries, blueberries, dates...)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. In 9 x 13 pan mix nuts, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
In a bowl melt butter. Stir in honey.
Pour butter mixture over oat mixture and stir until mixture is evenly coated.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes.
