1 whole egg
1/4 c mayo
1 t Old Bay
1 dash tabasco
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 T chives, minced1 slice of fresh white bread, crumbled
1 lb jumbo lump crab meat

Combine egg, mayo, Old Bay, tabasco, worcestershire, lemon and chives. Pick crab gently to remove shell. Add bread crumbs to mayo mixture and gently fold in the crab. Form into small cakes and cook in a small amount of butter until gold brown on each side.
