Gently roll into firm small balls (1-1/2 inch). Set aside. Prepare sauce using 12 ounce bottle chili sauce, 16 ounce can cranberry sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Place meatballs with sauce in baking dish. Bake 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
