     Tator Tot & Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage (can use bratwurst)
1 medium, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
32 oz. bag Tator Tots
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Cook sausage and onion. Drain. Stir in soup. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Put in dish. Layer with tator tots, sour cream and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
