     Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 c Old Fashioned Oats
2 c Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1/4 c Olive Oil
1 c Whole Wheat Flour
3 T Sucanat
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
 
Instructions
Mix oats and buttermilk well.
Add egg and oil and blend.
Mix dry ingredients and add to oats.
Cook on hot griddle.
