     Baked Pit Ham, City Style

1/2 of a whole boneless PIT ham
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup crushed gingersnap cookies
6 cups pineapple juice

Score ham and place in deep dish. Cover with pineapple juice. Bake at 350 for about 90 mins.
Remove ham and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush ham with dijon mustard. Gently pat brown sugar onto ham. Do not pack sugar tight. Pat crushed gingersnaps onto ham.
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until glaze is bubbly.
