Ingredients
3/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup hot water
300g butter
1 cup sugar
3 tesp vanilla
6 eggs
3 cup flour
6 tesp baking powder
 
Icing sugar for dust
Instructions
frist melted the butter.mix cocoa and water together in a large bowl.add all the ingredients and beat until combined.
pour into a baking paper-lined 15cm square cake tin. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
cool. dust with icing sugar then cut into fingers.
