Preheat oven to 190°c.
Stir butter and sugar until soft.
Then slowly add the eggs and vanilla essence in.

Next, add mixture of flour and baking powder.
Then slowly add milk.
|
|
|
|
After that, slowly add the cocoa.
(Add chocolate chips if desired)
Keep mixing until batter is soft and creamy.
|
|
|
|
Put batter into small cupcakes and bake for about 20 minutes.
When done, serve hot to be enjoyed with family members
