     Pinwheel Roast

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Flank Steak (cubed)
1 lb Pork Tenderloin
Seasoned Salt
Cracked black pepper
Minced Onion
Sliced Mushrooms
1 Pkg Onion or Mushroom Gravy Mix
1/2 Cup Red Wine
 
Instructions
Prepare package onion or mushroom gravy mix except use 1/2 cup red wine with 1/2 cup water.
If flank steak is not cubed, pound out flank steak to make thin. Then lay out flank steak and put pork tenderloin inside and roll flank steak.
