Stir together flour, salt, baking powder and spice; set aside.
Measure Oat Bran Cereal, sugar and milk into large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 2 minutes or until cereal absorbs milk. Add egg whites and oil; beat well.
Add flour mixture to cereal mixture stirring only until combined. Using 2/3 cup batter for each muffin, portion batter into 6 paper-lined 2 3/4-inch muffin-pan cups.
Bake in 375 degrees oven about 28 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
