Ingredients

-	1 C mayonaise
-	1 C white wine vinegar
-	1 T lemon juice
-	1 1/2 T fresh ground black pepper
-	1/2 t salt
-	1/4 t cayenne
-	1 T spicy brown mustard
-	2 t horseradish
-	1 t sugar


Instructions


combine ingredients in large bowl, slowly mixing liquid into mayonnaise to avoid lumps. place in air tight container. refrigerate. discard remaining sauce after dipping chicken.








Serving Suggestions

can be used as dip for chicken drum-ettes or coating for smoked chicken
