1/2 cup olive oil
|
|
2 cloves of garlic, minced
|
|
4 tbs dried minced parsley
|
|
4 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
|
|
1/2 tsp salt
|
|
1/2 tsp black pepper
|
|
toasted Pignoli nuts (optional)
|
|
1 pound pasta, cooked as recommended
|

|
|
|
|
|

|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Over medium heat, cook olive oil and garlic until golden; remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, except Pignoli nuts.
|
|
|
Pour over pasta and stir thoroughly.
|
|
|
Sprinkle Pignoli nuts on each serving before eating.
|
