Combine first four ingredients; beat until light and fluffy. Add 7-up and best well. Pour into lightly greased 9x13x2 inch cake pan; bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until done. Remove from oven and cover immediately with icing.
For icing blend sugar and flour; combine with beaten eggs, margerine and pineapples. Cook until thick; add coconut, stirring until blended, then pour over hot cake.
