Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add braised beef, onion, celery, garlic beef broth, ragu, red pepper sauce, red wine to roasting pan. Cover and cook in oven for 30 minutes.
Add potatoes, carrots and frozen peas and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours longer. Dilute with water as necessary.
