     Jeff's Philly Steak & Cheese Sub

Ingredients
1/2 mediun onion, sliced thin
1/2 green pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 pound steak, sliced thin or buy thinly sliced beef steak
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 slices Swiss cheese
2 Tablespoons oil,your choice
2 Kaiser or sub rolls
 

Instructions
In a skillet,cook onion and bell pepper in oil. When cooked thoroughly,set to one side in skillet. Next cook beef.
Make two piles in skillet starting with the cooked beef. Place cooked onions and peppers next on the piles and then add mozarella cheese and 1 1/2 slices of Swiss cheese to top it off. Put lid on skillet just enough time to melt the cheese.
Slice the Kaiser roll or sub roll in half and add the cooked ingredients. You may want to add mayo and lettuce and tomato if so desired. Enjoy!
