4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
1 T. canola oil
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. water
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1/2 t. dried thyme
1/8 t. dried rosemary, crushed
Instructions
In a lg. resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, pepper, & salt. Add chicken, one piece at a time, & shake to coat.
In a lg. nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken in oil over med. heat for 4-5 min. on each side or unti juices run clear. Remove & keep warm.
In the same pan, cook onion until tender. Add water, stirring to loosen browned bits. Add the vinegar, thyme, & rosemary; cook & stir for 3-4 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve with chicken.
