     Colorful Corn Pudding

Ingredients
3 C fresh or frozen corn kernels, thaw if frozen
2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 C milk
4 eggs
1/2 C diced red bell pepper
1/2 C green, yellow, or orange bell pepper
1/4 C all-purpose flour
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C butter, melted
 
2 t salt

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray (Pam) 11x7x2 inch casserole dish.
In a bowl combine corn, cheese, milk, eggs, bell pepper, flour, sugar, butter, and salt. Pour into casserole dish.
Bake until set and lightly golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
serve with meatloaf pepper rings
