Garlic Slivers, Onion Slivers, Any spices you prefer
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash potatoes well. Lay each potatoe on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, thinly slice each potatoe being careful not to cut all the way through.
Season each potatoe; slide a sliver of garlic between layers, or experiment with different herbs, butter, whatever sounds good!
Place potatoes in a baking dish that has been drizzled with olive oil. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes or until the inside is tender.
