     Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
1 16 oz package refrigerated pizza crust dough
4 oz sliced provolone cheeese
1 bosc pear, thinly sliced
2 oz chopped walnuts
2 1/2 oz gorgonazola cheese, crumbled
1 med onion
 

Instructions
Preheat over to 450 degrees. Sautee onions in tbls or two of corn oil sprinkled with sugar to carmelize.
Place pizza crust dough on a medium baking sheet. Layer with provolone cheese. Top cheese with bosc pear slices and carmelized onions.
Sprinkle with walnuts and gorgonzola cheese.
Bake in preheated oven 8 - 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. Remove from heat and slice to serve.
