|
Preheat over to 500 degrees. With boning knife, carve ribs from roast and save.

|
Rub roast generously with soy sauce and seasonings.
|
|
|
Place roast on top of ribs in roasting pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook for 20 minutes per pound.
|
|
|
Transfer roast from pan to carving platter and let stand 10 minutes before carving.
