2 medium tomatoes, chopped

4 oz feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup pitted ripe olives
|

1/3 cup oil

1/3 cup olive oil
|
|
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
|
|
1 tbsp oregano
|
|
|
|
2 tsp salt
|
|
1 tsp pepper
|
|
dash of garlic powder

Instructions |

|
Wash and tear lettuce and combine with onion, tomatoes, feta cheese and olives.

To prepare dressing, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
|
|
|
Just before serving, toss salad ingredients with dressing.
