     SHEPARD’S PIES

Ingredients
25 small potatoes (boiled & mashed)
3 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
½ tsp. allspice
8 slices dk. Bread (crusts cut off)
Salt & pepper
 

Instructions
Saute onions in oil. Crumble meat & sauté w/onions.
Add spices & cook until brown. Remove from heat & Add bread which has been put in water & crumbles.
Put mix in pan & cook in 350 oven for 20 min. Add potatoes over top & dab w/butter & salt & pepper Put under boiler to heat.
