     Beef with chilies (Chinese)

1 seer beef to be washed and dried and cut in strips

Add a pinch of monosodium glutomate and a little pepper and salt, ginger juice and set aside for one hour.
Heat oil and fry the ginger from which juice has been extracted. When ginger is brown add the beef and fry well. After beef is brown put in pressure cooker.
Now heat more oil and fry big pieces of onion and green peppers cut up and set aside. Just stir fry and don't overcook.
When beef is free of water add one tablespoon soy sauce to which one teaspoon of sugar has been added and mix well. When ready serve with onions and chillies
