     Corn Dip

Preptime   20 minutes

Ingredients
2 – 3 cans Mexican Corn (Green Giant) (I usually use three)
1 C Shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 C Shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
¾ C Mayo
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
8 to 10 chopped green onions
Scoop Fritos or whatever chip/cracker you want
 

Instructions
Mix everything together and that’s it.
It gets better with time, so can make ahead.
Have used cheese with jalapeños and added celery, chicken, cherry tomatoes
