Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt, and oil. Add 1/2 of the flour and beat until there are no lumps, gradually add remaining flour. Knead dough for 5 minutes. Roll the dough out to fit the pizza pan (I use a 16 inch pan and this fits well on it).
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place crust on cooking sheet. Spread ½ cup BBQ sauce on crust with 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. In skillet, heat 1 TBS olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic. Sauté 4 minutes. Toss with remaining BBQ and arrange chicken over crust. In same skillet, heat remaining oil. Add mushrooms, onion and pepper, sauté 5 minutes. Arrange vegetables on pizza and sprinkle generously with remaining cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
