	Mashed potato Flakes
	seasonings(your likin)
	salt
	pepper
	eggs(for dippin)


Instructions


mix 1 cup flour and 1 cup potato flakes seasonings salt and pepper


dip chicken in eggs then into breadin mix toss into hot oil
