     Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
1 can artichokes
3 pkges frozen or fresh bunch of chopped spinach
1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
For topping-
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese--warmed
8 TBSP (I add more) milk
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP mayonnaise
 

Instructions
Drain and chop artichokes. Layer on bottom of buttered 9 by 9 pan. Defrost,drain and squeeze spinach. If using fresh, clean and prepare accordingly. Layer on top of artichokes.
Mix together topping ingredients. Spread on top of spinach. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Bake at 375 for 30 or 35 minutes.
