     Charlene's Lentils

Ingredients
1 Yellow onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
6 stalks celery chopped
6 carrot sticks chopped
1 bag lentils
1 box beef broth
Olive oil
 
Instructions
In a large pan saute' garic, onions celery and carrots in olive oil. Clean lentils then add to vegetables. Add beef broth and simmer for 1 hour.
If you want to add pasta Add about 1 cup of water and bring to a full boil add cut up spaghetti and cook until pasta in soft.
