|
take a sauce pan and include all ingredients used towards making
the sauce. Put on low simmer and stir occasionally, until
ingredients have melted together.

take sauce and pour in ziploc bag with the fish, and marinade for
5-10 hours (can be up to 3 days)

|
|
take out of bag and place fillets onto large sautee pan, and cook
approx 5 min on each side. Meanwhile, simmer shrimp with lemon
juice and nutmeg until thouroughy cooked.

|
place salmon filet ontop of white sushi rice, and sprinkle baby
shrimps ontop of fish.

serve with lemon wedges, and mild tasting vegetables. The beauty of this dish is that all the food on the plate can be enjoyed with the same sauce.
