     Barbecued Pork

Ingredients
2 1/2 - 3 lb. boneless pork loin or tenderloin
1 1/2 t. salt
1 T. rice wine
1 2 t. garlic powder
2 T. hoisin sauce
1/4 C. catsup
1/4 C. sugar
 

Instructions
Cut pork into strips. Marinate pork strips at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Pork strips may also be roasted on a rack over a pan of water without hanging. Be sure to turn the pork at least once. Roast at 350 degrees for one hour or until done. Allow to cool. Slice into 1/4 inch slices. Serve with hot mustard, toasted sesame seeds and hot catsup.
