     Cauliflower - Smashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 Tbsp soft cream cheese
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Chicken broth to steam cauliflower
Mrs. Dash, Black Pepper and Nutmeg to taste
 

Instructions
Steam cauliflower until fork tender in chicken broth. Drain and put into large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the seasonings. . Puree in a food processor or with an immersion blender. Add seasonings to taste.
Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 deg. for 30 to 40 minutes.
