Ingredients
5 CUPS FLOUR
1 LB. LARD (2 CUPS)
1/4 CUP VINEGAR
1 EGG
3/4 CUP WATER
 

Instructions
TAKE A MEASURING CUP FILL 1/4 FULL OF VINEGAR. PUT ONE EGG IN VINEGAR (BEAT THIS UP) FILL THE REST OF THE CUP UP WITH WATER. SET ASIDE
TAKE 5 CUPS FLOUR AND THE LARD AND WORK TOGETHER TILL MIXED UP. ADD WATER VINEGAR, AND EGG MIXTURE. KNEAD WELL.
PUT IN REFRIDGERATOR FOR 1 HOUR.
