Combine turkey, onion, green pepper, bread crumbs, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Heat oil in a large, deep skillet or saucepan and add turkey mixture. Cook until no longer pink. Add the tomato sauce and beef broth, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Toss cooked pasta with 2 1/2 cups of the sauce.
Ok to freeze remaining sauce. To reheat, transfer to saucepan and warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings, plus 4 for freezing.
