     Orange Wake Up Smoothie

Ingredients
5 Ice cubes
3 Tbsp frozen oragne juice concentrate
1 Banana
1/2 cup soymilk
1/4 cup pineapple juice (or use extra soymilk instead)
2 Tbsp silken tofu (optional, but it adds creaminess)
 

Instructions
Crush the ice cubes in a blender
Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy. Makes one big smoothie.
