     Potatoe Puffs

Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (Make sure it's lard free)
1 1/2 cups of mashed potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 cup grated soy or dairy parmasan cheese (optional)
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 375. Separate the dough into trinagles and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Place a scoop of potato filling, and a sprinkling of cheese if using, near the center of each triangle and wrap triangle points around the filling in a freeform manner to make little bundles, leaving some potato mixutre showing in the middle. (To prevent sticking, make sure the base of the bundle is completely made of dough so that no potato mixture contacts the baking sheet.)
Bake for about 15 to 17 minutes, or until pastry is puffed and golden brown. Makes 8.
