Cut a long, slender loaf of crusty bread into thin slices. In small batches, place slices on a small cookie sheet or piece of foil.
Brush eache side with olive oil, and broil for about 5 minutes on each side or unti lisghtly toasted.
Combine all other ingredients. When bread is done toasting, top with tomato mixture and serve on a nice platter. (Top slice about an hour ahead to give juice a chance to soak into bread.)
