Apple Sauce

Ingredients
-
 3 or 4 apples
-
 1/3 cup water or apple juice
-
 1 cinnamon stick or dash of ground cinnamon
-
 1 tsp to 1 tbsp sugar, apple juice concentrate or natural maple syrup
 
Instructions
Peel apples adn cut into chunks. Place fruit in a medium saucepan with water or apple juice concentrate and cinnamon.
Cook over medium heat until fruit is soft and has cookd down. Add sugar or other sweetener as desired. Serves 4.
