     Swedish Meatballs

1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef
1 egg
2 slices breat made into crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 Tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper and ground allspice
4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced

In medium bowl combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, milk, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, allspice. Shape into 12 meatballs.
In casserole dish, arrange meatballs and add mushrooms.
Original recipe calls for cooking in a Tupperware stack able microwaveable dish about 12 minutes. We will try baking till mushrooms are tender.
